SHIPPING & HANDLING

- Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday.
- Orders can take up to 7 business days to be processed. (International Orders please see below).
- Most orders via FedEx Smart Post or FedEx Express.
- All shipping carriers have been experiencing delays which means your package may be in transit between 2 to 10 days.
- Please allow 7-14 business days from Order date to receive product.

Please note that most international shipments will incur additional charges (above & beyond the shipping charges). These charges are collected upon delivery and will include brokerage fees, import duties, taxes, etc. The brokerage charges are assessed by FedEx, but the duties and taxes are assessed by your country of residence. Every country and every shipment vary significantly. We have no knowledge of what additional charges will be collected upon delivery, if any.
International shipments are subject to delays. Many packages can be delayed by customs or quoted for a delivery time into the country and not necessarily to your location. When shipping internationally, allow an extra day or two for delivery to account for these possible delays.
Free shipping is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to International Shipments.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the original packaging and you must provide receipt or proof of purchase upon return. All items must be in the same condition as received.
Once we receive your returned item it will undergo inspection and we will notify you immediately of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the credit card used as method of payment. Receipt of refund credit will be applied depending on your card issuer’s policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If for some reason you receive a product that is unsatisfactory, please feel free to contact us and we will issue a refund or exchange of the product ordered from our website.
