Shipping & Return Information

  • Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday.
  • Orders can take up to 7 business days to be processed.
  • We ship all orders via United States Postal Service.
  • All shipping carriers have been experiencing delays which means your package may be in transit between 2 to 10 days.
*Currently we do not offer upgraded processing or shipping. You may leave a comment or note when placing order and we will try to be accommodating.
  • Please allow 7-14 business days from Order date to receive product.

 If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the original packaging and you must provide receipt or proof of purchase upon return. All items must be in the same condition as received.


Once we receive your returned item it will undergo inspection and we will notify you immediately of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the credit card used as method of payment. Receipt of refund credit will be applied depending on your card issuer’s policies and procedures.  


You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If for some reason you receive a product that is unsatisfactory, please feel free to contact us and we will issue a refund or exchange of the product ordered from our website.
